BoundToDigital collects information you provide when requesting a quote, including contact details and project information. We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, coordinate fulfillment, and improve our services.

We do not sell personal information. Customer books and generated files are not added to a public library or reused for unrelated customers. Project files may be retained temporarily for delivery, support, and quality assurance, then deleted according to the retention terms provided with your order.

Service providers may process limited information on our behalf for hosting, communication, payment processing, file delivery, or conversion. We require them to use information only for the services they provide to us.
